Built with a stainless-steel front panel, galvanized sides and back, and reversible cast-iron grill grates, the HKN-CBG48A combines strength, versatility, and durability. Each 12″ section has its own manual control, giving operators full temperature control for precision cooking.

The unit comes ready for Natural Gas operation and includes a Liquid Propane conversion kit, making it field-convertible to suit different kitchen installations or mobile setups.
