Designed for the highest-volume pizza and sandwich operations, it provides a full workstation for multiple cooks simultaneously, keeping twelve pans of toppings cold and within reach across an expansive stainless steel work surface.

The unit is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a stainless exterior and a painted aluminum interior featuring a 304 stainless steel floor. Three equal-width door sections provide balanced access to the interior, each fitted with one epoxy-coated wire shelf. CFC-free foam insulation keeps temperatures stable, and magnetic gaskets replace without tools to minimize service downtime.
