Built from stainless steel with galvanized sides and back, this medium-duty charbroiler features reversible cast-iron grill grates that can be height-adjusted for perfect sear control. Each 12″ section has its own independent manual control, giving you maximum flexibility while cooking.

The Hurakan HKN-CBG24A includes a gas conversion kit, allowing easy conversion between Natural Gas and Liquid Propane, making it an adaptable choice for changing kitchen setups or mobile foodservice operations.
