The cooktop features six open burners, each producing 30,000 BTU/hr, providing a total top output of 180,000 BTU/hr. Heavy-duty 12″ × 12″ cast iron lift-off grates make maintenance easy, while the covered pilot burner design prevents clogging caused by spills. A pull-out crumb tray with rounded edges ensures quick and efficient cleaning.

The integrated oven includes a powerful 31,000 BTU/hr U-shaped burner that distributes heat evenly throughout the cavity. Its thermostat is adjustable from 250°F to 550°F, and it accommodates full-size sheet pans in multiple orientations. Two oven racks with four rack positions give operators flexibility during high-volume service.

Equipped with adjustable 5″–6″ stainless-steel legs, a Maxitrol gas regulator, a Robertshaw thermocouple, and an included gas conversion kit, this range is built for performance and versatility in any commercial workflow.
